Our Vertical Main Drive with PLC base automation, all control system can be operate through touch screen & it features a 1 HP, 230 v, 50 Hz, single phase A.C Motor connected to Sturdy worm Reduction Gear Box is completely Maintenance free.
The speed of Vertical Main Drive is variable and can be varied between 0 to 434 RPM. This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The Vertical Main Drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.
The universal gear is a basic requirement for our different attachment like the coating pan, polishing drum, pelletizer, cube mixer, mini ball mill etc. The universal gear required when the operating angles for the above attachments have to be changed.
The unit offers an adjustment of the angle of operation from 0 to 60 degrees. This attachment is suitable to attached in our both main drive.
The polishing drum consists of felt lined inside of a metal drum suitable for polishing coated tablets. The bottom of the drum is also lined with felt. The polishing drum fits with the Universal Gearing exactly like the coating pan and the cube mixer. The top cover, which locks quickly in to place with closures.

A silent feature of Dosing Filling for Ointment BSDFO attachment is easy adjustment, quick removal of the pump and Charging Hopper for cleaning. Wet Granulator – BSWG machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of various granule sizes. Sieves are easily exchangeable. Rotor, sieve and all parts coming in to contact with the material are constructed of stainless steel. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve. The following mesh sizes are available for the wet granulator on request. 0.315, 0.63, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.15mm. The Mini Ball Mill is suitable to mount with Universal Gearing. This is suitable for preparing small samples for analysis or for grinding or mixing small quantities of power substances. Triple Roller Mill – BSTRM is used in the preparation of ointments, salves, dough and similar products. The hourly production is from 2 Kgs. To 12 kgs. depending upon the constituency of the material. Three hard stainless still roller, which are 110 mm long, and 50 mm diameter produce the Rolling action.
Two outer rollers are spring supported to eliminate the possibility of damage to the rollers or to the operating mechanism. The space between the rollers is adjustable by turning one thumbscrew.

This Ball Mill – BSBM is a very sturdy attachment and mainly used for grinding crystalline materials and for the mixing of dry materials. The Ball Mill consists of the transmission drive, stand of the Ball Mill and the Ball Mill it self. The jar is stainless steel and contains balls, which vary in diameter for 30 to 40 mm. The jar rests on two spindles. One of which is driven spindle. The jar and balls can be sterilized in a water bath. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

Method of Operation : Unprocessed material is loaded into the product Hopper of the Cone Mill by hand or gravity feed. The material then passes into the milling chamber where a rotating impeller forces the unprocessed material through a stationery cone-shaped screen by a vortex action. The material is instantly reduced in size as it passes through the holes in the screen.
By changing a combination of screen, impeller shape and speed, the finished milled particle size can be carefully controlled. Most important for hygienic requirements, such as those in pharmaceutical and food production, there is no metal-to-metal contact between the impeller and screen.
