Octagonal Blender operates on free flow principle. This unit is used for dry blending, rapid mixing of all types of free flowing powder and granules, mixing, lubrication and homogenizing of the powder and granules. It consists of octagon shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. The uniform, multidimensional arrangement of the Blender walls ensures good blending and mixing. For fast and effective mixing detachable baffles are provided. The vessel is manufactured from stainless steel.
Octagonal Blender Machine gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be uses for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. In Pharmaceutical Octagonal Blender the granules come from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less. Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container have only slow movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules.

| Safety Guard made from Square pipe around the outer area, in which blender rotates. Limit Switch coupled with the safety guard for safety of Man & Machine. Mounting rectangular and ‘A’ shaped stand for drive support the entire assembly. Shell consists of Octagonal Shape and bottom part is provided with a butterfly valve, which is used to discharge the powder & Upper part is provided with a manhole for charging and cleaning access. Easy for loading and unloading of material Baffles are adjustable removable SS-316 pipe type to fit in the shell. It will be mirror polished. The Drive Assembly of Blender is made by combination of Worm Reduction Gear box & an Electrical motor, which is coupled through Chain coupling or Pulley & Belt or chain & Sprocket method, to obtain a final Output speed of 10 RPM approx. The Drive shaft end & other opposite end is guided & supported through heavy duty Plumber Blocks & Rotated by Gear box through chain or Flexible coupling. Suitable for dry mixing of products in granule form. The Octagon Shape and slow speed of rotating gives sufficient continuous movement to the granules. result in good quality.
